The goal of this project was to create a design that would fit with its mountainside location, without becoming too rustic. Clean lines, choice of stone, and the sleek timber frame skeleton work together to meet this goal. The result is a home that blends with its natural surroundings, while displaying an influence from the historic homes in the nearby small town.
